Through the organization and development of cultural and artistic activities in the former industrial complex, the Foundation La Fabbrica del Cioccolato aims at:

• Preserving, protecting and maintaining the archaeological and architectural heritage of the former factory
• Transforming the place into a centre for cultural and artistic promotion
• Bringing art and people closer
• Enhancing the cooperation between the various artistic disciplines
• Improving the interaction between the worlds of economics, finance, science, industry and the one of art and culture
• Supporting local and regional traditions, culture and craft work

Supporting the activities of La Fabbrica del Cioccolato Foundation does not only mean supporting art, but also the economy, the traditions and the cultural heritage of Blenio Valley, contributing to the enhancement of the whole area and allowing the creation of a pole of attraction that can bring together local population, national and international artists, visitors of all ages, artisans and producers of the Valley.
